Shipping policy

SHIPPING
- All orders are issued a tracking number for shoppers to track their packages are issued to the carrier. The courier at that point issues a delivery date.
- We ask for 3-4  business days to process your order. This does not include the shipping time. 
- 3-5 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time. This is time that is calculated by the courier once the items starts to track. We have no control over this. Please see tracking updates as this will help with any questions.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the items or item is shipped it is no longer the responsibility of Kickz-Llc. You must contact the courier.
