This as over a 3 week period. I did agree to wait on back order and all was great until I received an email from you asking for a review because your records show item was delivered. I got nervous and reached out a couple of times with no response until I mentioned my cc. TBH I did not notice your replies to me until today (tagged in fb post). All in all, I really wanted these booties and was just looking for reassurance to calm my nerves after the email from you to leave the review.
I appreciate that quick refund.
I have not received them yet. USPS shows status as pending pick up. I sent you a fb message on Monday asking for eta & haven’t heard anything yet from you.
We spoke to Holly prior to March 13 discussed that the booties were on back order is she was willing to wait. We even asked if she would like a refund and we would invoice her once they are ready to ship. Holly stated she would wait.
A few days later we received a message from Holly saying there was a tracking but no movement.
We looked into it and found that her label was created in a normal process of batch shipping.
So we reach out to her to let her know there had been a mistake. We would be happy to refund her no problem. The Refund was issued on the 15th.
This review is completely inaccurate and should be updated immediately. As we have been in constant communication with Holly.
